Our services are customized to fit multiple needs and ​budgets. Regardless of your needs, our fully trained and highly experienced staff will thoroughly ​clean your home from top to bottom. Our eco-conscious professionals will pay close attention to ​areas with issues such as germs, viruses, mold, animal dander, dust mites, and other allergens and ​employ their highly effective training, cleaners, and equipment.

INITIAL CLEANING OR DEEP CLEAN

Our Deep clean service is to get your home to the level where we can easily and efficiently ​maintain our standard of cleanliness.

RECURRING SERVICES

Our recurring cleaning service offers flexible options for frequency; weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. ​Our recurring customers can expect the same Cleaning Tech on each visit. If there is an ​unexpected emergency that prevents your regular cleaning tech from being available, we will ​offer another tech to clean your home if one is available. If you do not wish to move forward with ​another cleaner, we will reschedule your cleaning as soon as possible.

MOVE-IN OR MOVE-OUT CLEANING

A move-in or move-out cleaning is a great way to ease the stress of packing and moving. This ​service typically takes place when the home is vacant.

ORGANIZING OR AS-NEEDED CLEANING

You may not need help maintaining the cleanliness of your home on a regular basis, but need ​assistance from time to time. We are happy to help when you only when you need us.

FOR-SALE CLEANING

When it comes to selling your home, first impressions matter. To prepare for open house viewings, ​we pay careful attention to detail. You’ll be sure to impress potential buyers.

POST-CONSTRUCTION/REMODEL CLEANING

EVENTS CLEANING

You can call us for special occasions like hosting family and friends, birthday parties or baby ​showers. Clean & Comfortable Spaces can provide services before and/or after. We offer a ​discount if you request both services.

SHORT TERM RENTAL CLEANING

Hiring a professional cleaning service to maintain your workspace increases employee productivity ​by taking the responsibility off of your employees to perform those duties and decreases the ​potential of operating short staffed by regularly sanitizing high traffic touch points where viruses, ​bacteria and pathogens lurk.

FAQS

IS CLEAN & COMFORTABLE SPACES LICENSED & INSURED?

Yes, we are licensed and insured. We are more than happy to provide you with all information to the necessary ​sources so that you can verify this for your own peace of mind. We believe that it is imperative for a cleaning ​service to be licensed and insured. The truth is, however, that many cleaning companies do not carry this liability ​insurance. This is a very risky procedure because as we all know, accidents do occasionally occur.

DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR WORK?

Yes. Your complete satisfaction, and a cleaner home is guaranteed. If you are not entirely pleased with our ​services please notify us within 24 hours of your service date with photo and we will happily re-clean the area ​with which you are dissatisfied at no cost.

WILL I HAVE THE SAME CLEANING PROFESSIONAL(S) EACH VISIT?

We understand that there is a great deal of trust that goes into allowing someone into your personal space. ​Because of this, we have always found that our clients feel more secure when receiving exceptional service from ​a familiar face. We encourage this type of rapport, and thus will make every effort to send the same cleaner(s) ​each time. However, there may be occasions that we may have to make substitutions to accommodate ​scheduling. If this occurs, we always inform our customers in advance.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS FOR REFERRALS?

Yes, we do. We pride ourselves in the quality of our service, so we believe that customer referrals are the highest ​form of compliment that we can receive. To encourage this type of word-of-mouth promotion that is significant ​to our business we have a Referral Rewards Program. A one-time discount per new client you refer with a ​discount of 15% of your fee. Discount will be applied on your next cleaning after referred client’s initial cleaning.

WHAT TIMES ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO CLEAN?

Clean & Comfortable Spaces cleaning hours of operations are Monday through Friday. Appointment times start ​at 8:00 am and our last appointment of the day starts as late as 4:00 p.m. Office Cleaning may be later in the ​evenings. Saturday and Sundays may be accommodated on an as needed basis.

WHEN WILL YOU ARRIVE TO CLEAN MY HOME?

For your convenience, we provide you with a 1-hour arrival window. Most clients are not home at the time of ​cleaning. In those circumstances, we require a copy of key, code for keyless entry locks and alarm code, if ​applicable.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY CLEANING DAY?

We ask that you pick up toys, clothing and other items before our arrival so we can focus our time and efforts on ​dirt and grime, not putting things in their proper places. Unless otherwise stated in our personalized agreement ​plan.

SHOULD I PROVIDE ANY OF THE CLEANING PRODUCTS OR EQUIPMENT?

We will supply all necessary cleaning products and equipment. If you do prefer that we use your cleaning ​supplies, or if you have any special products that you need used; we are more than happy to accommodate your ​needs and use anything that you supply and will ensure cleaner(s) are properly trained with said items and they ​are safe & correct options for specific surfaces.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards, Venmo and Cash App

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE FOR SERVICES?

As with any service, payment is due in full when services are rendered. Customers paying with cash or check may ​leave payment in an envelope on the kitchen counter. All receipts or invoices will be emailed.

LATE FEES/RETURNED CHECKS

We understand you may forget to leave the payment for services before you leave, so we provide a 3 day grace ​period. Payments not made when services are rendered are subject to late fee of $30 after 3 days nonpayment. ​Fees will accrue by $5 per day for each subsequent day. We charge a $35 fee for returned checks.

I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT

We understand life happens. Please provide minimum 48hrs notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your ​appointment. Cancellation requests made less than 48hrs are subject to fees. Multiple cancellations may be ​subject to termination of services.

I HAVE A PET, IS THAT OK?

We are pet friendly but appreciate your help in making sure pets are secured and safe on cleaning days. Our ​office should be made aware of any special requirements in safeguarding your pets.

*Please keep in mind that we do not service pet beds, cat trees, litter boxes or pet crates.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GETS BROKEN WHILE YOU ARE CLEANING MY HOUSE?

It is our utmost honor to be in your home, and because we wish to treat your home with the same great care and ​respect as we do our own, on the rare event that we do break something during the course of cleaning while in ​your residence, we will make every effort to repair or replace the item through our insurer.

GUNS & AMMUNITION

If you own guns, please ensure they are put away safely before cleaning tech arrives.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Yes we do! Giving a gift certificate is simply brilliant! We offer a complimentary gift to accompany yours for ​birthdays, anniversaries, Valentines, and Mother’s Day. Whatever the occasion, who doesn’t love a good surprise?
